Yes. The Owner App is included as standard because we believe every Owner should have clear visibility of their holiday home, its bookings and its performance. There’s no additional charge for using it.
No. It’s there when you want it, giving you an easy way to check in on your holiday home whenever it suits you. You’ll still receive your monthly statement, and you can speak directly to your local Host by phone or email whenever you need to.
Yes. Your local Host is still your direct point of contact and is available by phone or email when you need them. The Owner App gives you greater visibility of your holiday home; it doesn’t replace the personal support that sits alongside it.
Yes. If you have more than one holiday home with HolidayHost, you can view each property separately, making it easy to keep track of bookings, performance and finances for each one.
