A special relationship exists with our local Hosts, one that’s technically unique in the UK holiday let industry, yet entirely in keeping with our hospitality values. Our local hosts are the reason HolidayHost was named Northern Europe’s top-rated large professional host for Guest Favourites in 2025.
We know that to provide great customer service to owners and their guests requires a combination of knowledge of the holiday let area and a community-rooted drive to care. Only a local Host can bring this combination and only the unique relationship between our company and our local Hosts can bring this consistently. However, local Hosts may bring the ‘cream to this scone’ but they cannot also be expected to be the jam!
A central business team brings the jam – in delightful spoon after spoon for owners! From the South Devon headquarters the team works with Airbnb and Vrbo, knows its FRAs from its PATs (safety certificates), maximises owners’ listings and optimises owners’ revenues. The HQ team considers listing and revenue management to be not an algorithmic chore but a human artform.

“I cannot recommend HolidayHost strongly enough. I had put our holiday home with a nationwide holiday lettings organisation and had very poor results.
