There’s no minimum number of weeks you have to let. You decide when you want your holiday home for yourself, family or friends, and which dates you’re happy to make available for guests.
You can manage your own dates through the Owner App and see your calendar whenever you need to. If you want to talk anything through, your local Host is only a phone call or email away. Once you’ve chosen the dates you want to make available, you can leave the rest to us. The HolidayHost model explains how the whole thing fits together.

A few things Owners often ask about staying in control
Yes, and so can your family and friends. Block the dates you want for any of them, and the dates you leave open can be booked by guests.
In the Owner App, straight from the calendar. Mark the dates you want and they come out of what’s available to guests. You can see your own stays alongside guest bookings, so you always have a clear view of your calendar.
Yes. It remains your home, and you’ll agree with your local Host from the outset how you want it to be let. From when you want to use it to the arrangements that matter to you as an Owner, we work within what’s been agreed. If anything changes, you can talk it through with your local Host.
No. There’s no minimum, so you can let as much or as little of the year as you want to. How your home is let is agreed with you at the start, and our Joining HolidayHost page explains what happens from there.
