Your trusted local Host
Meet Sharon, your dedicated Host in Torbay and surrounding areas
What Sharon’s Owners say about her: “Sharon is brilliant – professional, responsive and completely committed. We trust her judgment and know our holiday home is in very capable hands.”
Originally from Somerset, Sharon has lived in the Torbay area for over 18 years and brings first-hand knowledge of the local market and guest expectations. She supports holiday home Owners across the Torbay area with practical guidance, attention to detail and a strong understanding of what helps listings succeed.
With a personal connection to the coastline, she regularly walks the South West Coast Path and knows the area’s beaches, coves and characterful spots well. Her familiarity with the landscape and local amenities helps guests experience the area confidently, and Owners benefit from that insight too.
"I love working with Owners to help them achieve their dream of developing a successful holiday let business. It’s about the little touches, the things guests never even knew they needed, that make a stay feel thoughtful and memorable."
Why guests love it here
Torbay charm with a local welcome
Torbay is locally known as the English Riviera for a good reason. With its sheltered bays, mild climate and colourful coastal towns, it’s long been a favourite for holidaymakers. Brixham in particular is seeing a wave of renewed interest, combining working harbour character with laid-back seaside appeal.
Whether guests are exploring the South West Coast Path, dipping into Torquay’s vibrant food scene or discovering Brixham’s independent shops and coves, there’s something for everyone.
For Owners, the region offers strong letting potential and, with local Hosting support, it’s easier than ever to turn that potential into performance.
